Our Fees & Investment in Your Well-being
At Epsilon Counselling, we believe in transparent and accessible pricing, ensuring you can focus on your well-being journey without any hidden costs. We are committed to providing high-quality, personalised support with clear fee structures.
All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are the final price, as GST is not applicable to our services at this time.
Individual Session Fees (50 minutes)
Telehealth Session: $110
Community Connect Session: $125
Mobile Session: $125 + travel fee (Travel fees are calculated at $0.88 per kilometre and will be quoted to you upfront for your approval prior to session confirmation.)
Accessible Pricing Options
We are committed to making quality counselling accessible to a wider community. We offer reduced rates for eligible individuals:
Concession Rate: $90 per 50-minute session (for both Telehealth and Community Connect)
Eligibility: This rate is available for:
Students (valid student ID required)
Pensioner Concession Card Holders (valid card required)
Healthcare Card Holders (valid card required)
Applying the Discount: For eligible clients, the concession rate of $90 will be applied to your session cost at the time of invoicing. This means your initial 50% deposit will be based on the standard fee, and the discount will then be deducted from your remaining balance on your invoice.
Session Packages
For those committed to a series of sessions, our packages offer a discounted rate on your investment.
Telehealth - 3 appointment package: 3 sessions for $297 - Save $33
Telehealth - 6 appointment package: 6 sessions for $561 - Save $99
Community CONNECT - 3 appointment package: 3 sessions for $338 - Save $37
Community CONNECT - 6 appointment package: 6 sessions for $638 - Save $112
Important Notes on Packages:
Packages must be pre-purchased in full.
Sessions within a package must be utilised within 6 months from the date of purchase.
Packages are non-transferable.
Concession rates are applicable to individual sessions only and do not combine with pre-purchased session packages.
Refunds for unused sessions within a package will be calculated based on the standard individual session rate for sessions already attended, with an administration fee of [e.g., $25 or a small percentage]. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
Sessions not used within the 6-month expiry period are typically non-refundable, though we consider genuine unforeseen circumstances on a case-by-case basis. This policy operates in addition to, and does not exclude, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Payment Terms
Deposit: A 50% deposit of your total service fee is required at the time of booking to secure your initial appointment.
Post-Session Payment Period: The remaining 50% balance for individual sessions will be invoiced to you via email following your session. We understand that payday schedules vary, so invoices are due within 14 calendar days from the date of issue. Late Payment Fee: Invoices not paid within 14 calendar days of the due date may incur a late payment fee of $25.
Payment Methods: We accept payment via a secure online payment link (provided on your invoice) or direct bank transfer. Cash payments are not accepted.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide adequate notice.
Notice Required: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, a fee of 50% of the scheduled session fee will be charged.
No-Show Fee: Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the full session fee being charged.
Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that genuine emergencies can arise. We encourage you to discuss any unavoidable circumstances with your counsellor as soon as possible.
Reminders: As a courtesy, we send SMS and/or email reminders [e.g., 72 and 24 hours] prior to your appointment, but it remains your responsibility to remember your appointment time.
Counsellor Cancellation & Weather-Related Policy (for Community Sessions)
In the infrequent event that your counsellor needs to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session, Epsilon Counselling will provide you with as much notice as possible.
For Community Sessions, in the event of adverse weather or if a planned session location (including backup) becomes untenable:
You will be notified as soon as possible.
Your counsellor will first offer you the option to switch your appointment to a Telehealth session at the same scheduled time, or at an alternative mutually convenient time.
Should a Telehealth session not be suitable or possible for you, your full session fee or deposit will then be automatically converted into a credit that can be applied towards rescheduling your community session, or for any other Epsilon Counselling service (Telehealth or Mobile) within 12 months from the date of the original cancelled session. This is our preferred outcome.
Alternatively, you may request a full refund of any pre-paid session fees or deposits if the credit option does not suit your needs. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
We are committed to providing seamless and accessible support and will work with you to find the best alternative. This policy operates in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for services not delivered.

When you refer a new client to Epsilon Counselling who books and attends their very first paid appointment with us, both you and your referred friend will receive an exclusive 20% discount on your next individual session!
This offer applies exclusively to individuals who are new to Epsilon Counselling.
The 20% discount applies to standard individual session fees and cannot be combined with concession rates or pre-purchased session packages.
